摘要
文章对房地产开发前期工作四个主要环节的规范化管理研究,即规划建筑设计的规范化管理、土地使用权获取的规范化管理、资金筹措和施工前准备的规范化管理,就如何科学化、系统化、模式化的管理方法进行了系统地研究。对前期工作各环节,按其过程进行了分解,根据过程和活动的相互关联关系,提出了各过程和各活动的细化,并对每个活动如何进行规范化管理的程序给出了模式化和程序化的工作方法。
The paper researches on the normalized management of four key phases in the earlier stage of real estate development project, that is, the normalized management of layout and design phase, attainment of land use right phase, fund raising phase, preparation for construction phase. And aiming at the courses and relations of these four phases, the paper sets forth how to decompose the above phases, and offers the whipping and programmed working methods to fulfilling normalized management.
