摘要
本文给出Popov不等式求解第二子问题解的新形式,发展了文[1,2]的有关结论,扩展了选取自适应规律的范围.
In this paper, a more general form of the soluton to the second subprobrem for solving the Popov's inequality is given, hence the corresponding results in [1]-and [2] are extended. Using this method, more freedom in selecting the adaptation laws can be obtained.
