摘要
本文对我国加入 WTO后企业专利竞争能力进行分析 ,在此基础上 ,找出了不足 ,提出了今后的发展对策。
The paper analyses the competition ability of enterprise's patent after China entering WTO,based on this,finds weakness and points out development countermeasures in future.
