摘要
本文针对我国加入 WTO后图书馆业所面临的一些法律问题 ,阐述了图书馆立法思路。同时也阐述了在 WTO登陆的背景下 ,图书馆如何保护他人和自身的知识产权问题。
After China's WTO entry,libraries meet many problems about legislation and intellectual property protection.This paper discusses some legislation measures of the libraries.At the same time,it also discusses some problems about that how library protects its and others intellectual property in the WTO environment.
