我国东西部信息差距的现状和对策研究

The Present Situations of Information Disparity Between the East and the West Parts of China and Countermeasure Research

本文主要从信息的生产能力、传播储存能力和获取能力等三个方面分析了我国东西部的信息差距的现状 ,从历史、政策和经济等方面分析了东西部信息差距的形成原因 ,并提出了缩小东西部信息差距的主要措施。

In this paper,the author analyzed the present situation of information disparity between the east and the west parts of china,and analyzed the factors as history,policy and economy that resulted the information disparity,and gave out main measures to reduced the information disparity.
