This paper introduces the connotation,practice and advancement of the'three strict-three enhancement-three deepening system'safety innovation management mode established by Datong Power Supply Company.This mode which focuses on prevention vigorously carries out the safety production work of county(district)power supply companies and power supply stations,comprehensively promotes the construction of inherent safety,and ensures the safe and stable development of power grid.
