摘要
以实际事件为例,从GIS筒体穿层部位腐蚀环境的形成、腐蚀介质与筒体接触通道的建立、筒体钝化膜的破坏和材料基体腐蚀行为的发生等几个方面,对穿层筒体的腐蚀机理进行了研究与分析,并针对制造、安装及运行等环节提出了相应的防范措施。
Taking actual incidents as examples,the corrosion mechanism of GIS sleeve threading layer is studied and analyzed from the aspects of the formation of the corrosion environment,the establishment of the contact channel between the corrosive medium and the sleeve,the destruction of the passivation film on sleeve and the occurrence of corrosion in the material matrix,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward for manufacturing,installation and operation processes.
