摘要
故障预警技术是通过采集设备正常运行数据进行建模训练,以监视设备相对于正常运行状态的偏差,从而在破坏性故障发生前进行准确定位,以实现设备故障的早期预警。介绍了故障预警技术在汽泵前置泵故障分析中的应用,为发电厂设备状态评估提供依据。
Fault early warning technology is to monitor the deviation of equipment relative to the normal operation state by collecting the normal operation data of equipment for modeling training,so as to accurately locate the equipment before the occurrence of destructive faults to realize the early warning of equipment faults.The application of fault early warning technology in fault analysis of booster pump of turbine-driven pump is introduced,which provides a basis for condition assessment of power plant equipment.
