电网企业信息化发展“十二五”规划总体思路探讨

Research on General Thinking of the Twelfth Five-year Plan of Power Grid Enterprises Informatization Development

从建设"统一坚强智能电网"要求出发,对电网集团"十二五"战略方向的转变与信息化建设的关系进行了阐述,主要包括转变电网发展方式,使数字化电网向智能化电网转变;转变集团发展方式,使其朝着人财物集约化管理模式前进,提出了"十二五"信息化规划思路。

Starting from the requirement of constructing the 'unified and strong smart grid',the relationship between the transformation of the 'Twelfth Five-Year Plan' strategic direction of the grid group and the informatization construction was expounded,which includes the transformation of the power grid developing mode from digitalized grid to smart grid,and the transformation of the power grid group developing mode,which should be toward the goal of the intensive management mode of human,financial and material resources The thinking of the informatization scheme for the 'Twelfth Five-year Plan' was put forward in this paper.
