摘要 从控制系统软硬件故障、保护控制系统逻辑不完善、现场设备故障、维护不当等方面,归类统计分析了2009年浙江省火电厂因热控原因引起的机组跳闸事件。从加强热控系统设备检修运行维护的全过程管理着手,提出了为减少因热控原因引起的机组跳闸次数,提高热控自动化系统可靠性的预防措施,供同行检修维护时参考。 The units tripping accidents of thermal power plants of Zhejiang province in 2009 caused by thermal control system faults were classified and statistically analyzed from respects of the software and hardware faults of control system,the imperfection of the protection and control system logic,the faults of the field devices,the improper maintenance and others.Starting from enhancing the overall process management of overhaul,operation and maintenance of the thermal control equipments,the preventive measures for reducing the units tripping accidents caused by thermal control system faults and enhancing the reliability of the thermal control automation system were put forward,providing reference for persons of the same profession in overhaul and maintenance.
