摘要
运河发电有限公司一期续建工程两台440t/h循环流化床锅炉,自投产以来锅炉脱硫效果较差,致使排烟中的含硫量超标严重,根本无法满足国家环保要求。经过我们认真分析、研究,对系统进行了优化改造,并且通过优化运行调整、合理控制石灰石粒度,减少了石灰石耗量,提高了脱硫效率,降低了SO2的排放,满足了国家环保要求。本文针对影响循环流化床锅炉脱硫存在的问题、石灰石系统改造情况、运行调整情况进行了认真分析。
Two 440t/h CFB boilers,expansion project for first phase of YUNHE power generation Ltd.,have had a bad effect of its desulfurazation system since it went into operation,which led to the sulfur content in flue gas exceeding the standards and it can not meet national environment protection standard.After some anatomizing and researching work were done,not only the desulfurazation system was optimized and upgraded,but also the operation was optimized and adjusted,which result in that the granularity of limestone can be reasonably controlled,the consumption of limestone is decreased,the desulfuration efficiency is improved and the SO2 emission is reduced.Based on above mentioned experience,this paper analyzes seriously analyzes the instances of operation adjustment,limestone system upgrading and the causes effecting the desulfuration of CFB boiler.
