摘要
我国大气污染仍以煤烟型污染为主,主要污染物为烟尘、SO_2和NO_x。以NaClO_2为吸收剂,系统地总结了SO_2和NO_x在NaClO_2中的反应机理。发现NaClO_2在pH值3~4之间产生的黄绿色ClO_2气体具有很强的氧化能力,并且说明了NaClO_2溶液脱硝原理主要源于ClO_2把NO氧化成NO_2,而NO_2的进一步吸收通过N_2O_3和N_2O_4的水解完成。而SO_2在NaClO_2中的吸收过程主要受气膜控制,据此探讨吸收剂液相同时脱硫脱硝的工业可行性。
The principal contaminants in coal smoke are mainly smoke dust,sulfur dioxide(SO2),nitrogen oxide(NOx) and so on.The mechanism of the simultaneous desulfuration and denitration using NaClO2 was systematically summarized.The yellow-green ClO2 gas which was made by NaClO2 at the pH3~4 was found having a strong oxidation.The denitrification of the NaClO2 solution was showed depending crucially on ClO20 xidation which could oxidase NO to NO2,and the further absorption of NO2 was counted as the via hydrolysis of the N2O3 and N2O4,while SO2 absorption process in NaClO2 was a gas controlled reaction.Based on the study of desulfurization tower reconstruction,the paper discusses the desulfurization and industrial feasibility.
