摘要 当前我国煤电机组超低排放工作已进入深度推进阶段,"W"火焰锅炉实现超低排放已势在必行。针对"W"火焰锅炉超低排放难点,在对各类主流脱硝技术应用现状与技术特点进行充分调研与分析的基础上,对其应用于"W"火焰锅炉实现NOx超低排放的技术难点、边界条件、改造范围、工程投资、运行费用等进行了全面论述与深入探讨,进而提出了"W"火焰锅炉NOx超低排放技术路线,可供后续开展相关工作借鉴与进一步探讨。 The present ultra-low emission project in coal power plants has been went into a deepening phases,ultra-low emission of W-flame boilers is imperative.Aim at the difficulty of W-flame boilers ultra-low emission,on the basis of a systematic study of application status and technical feature of the mainly De-NOxtechnology,several key technical issues have been analyzed,including technological difficulty,boundary conditions,improvement content,project investment and running cost,ultra-low emission technology route of W-flame boilers have been proposed for referencing and further discussing at the following project.
