摘要 锅炉过热器、再热器管内及其蒸汽管道内部的清洁程度关系着机组的安全经济运行及能否顺利投产。二次再热百万机组冲管尚为首例,冲管方法的选择和效果与其他机组的区别值得探讨研究,详细阐述稳压与降压冲管相结合的方案下锅炉运行参数的合理控制及相关注意事项,为二次再热机组的蒸汽冲管提供借鉴和指导作用。 The cleanliness of pipe internal in boiler superheater,reheater tube and steam line determines the safe and economic operation of unit and whether it can be put into operation smoothly.It is fist case of steam blow for 1 000 MW class double reheat power generation sets.The difference of selection and effect in steam blow from with other units is well worth discussing and studying.The reasonable control parameters and relative precautions are given in detail for the scheme combining depressurized steam blowing and steady-pressure steam blowing.It may provide some references for double reheat power generation sets steam blow.
