1000MW机组德国KSB高加液动三通阀故障案例分析

摘要 高加液动三通阀较其他执行机构型式三通阀具有同步性高、响应时间短、可靠性高等优点,在1000 MW机组的电厂普遍应用。通过介绍1000 MW机组德国KSB高加液动三通阀的工作原理,结合电厂实际发生的KSB高加三通阀故障的典型案例进行分析,提出预控防范措施,为同类型机组德国KSB高加三通阀安全稳定运行提供了参考和借鉴。 Compared with other actuator type three-way valves,the high pressure heater hydraulic three-way valve has the advantages of high synchronization,short response time and high reliability,and is widely used in 1 000 MW unit power plants.This paper introduces the working principle of Germany KSB high pressure heater hydraulic three-way valve of 1 000 MW unit power plant,and analyzes the typical case of KSB high pressure heater hydraulic three-way valve failure in power plant,and proposes the precautionary measures,and provides reference for the safe and stable operation of Germany KSB high pressure heater three-way valve of the same type unit power plant.
