微波条件下颗粒活性碳负载铁酸铜催化降解大批量活性偶氮染料废水

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶的方法制备了颗粒活性碳负载铁酸铜的新型微波催化剂,并对其进行了XRD、SEM的表征。在微波辐射的条件下,对6L初始浓度为50mg/L活性棕2模拟废水和实际废水进行了微波催化降解。试验结果表明,在微波辐射功率2kW,催化剂投加量3g/L,微波辐射时间8min的最佳条件下,对活性棕2的脱色率90.8%,且COD去除率达到86.5%,BOD5/COD(B/C)值也提高到0.38。此外,经过十次的重复性试验,脱色率依然能达到82%,且B/C值也达到0.275,可生化性较好。对实际废水亦是如此,降解后废水的B/C值也趋于0.3,易于下阶段的生化处理。此反应体系在大批量染料废水处理应用领域非常有前景,实际应用强。 A novel microwave catalyst,CuFe2O4 loaded on granular activated carbon(CuFe2O4/GAC)was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by XRD and SEM techniques.Under microwave irradiation,6 L reactive brown 2 of initial concentration 50 mg/L and actual wastewater was degraded with CuFe2O4/GAC,respectively.The results show that under the optimal condition when microwave radiation power is 2kW,the catalyst dosage is 3g/L and radiation is 8min,the decolorization rate of reactive brown 2 can reach 90.8%,the COD removal achieve 86.5%and BOD5/COD(B/C)value increase to 0.38.Moreover,after 10 cycles,the decolorization rate of reactive brown 2 still can reach 82%and B/C value also come to 0.275,which establish good biodegradability.As to the actual wastewater,the B/C value after microwave catalytic degradation tends to 0.3,which is easy to the next biochemical treatment.This microwave catalytic system was proven to be suitable and of practical value in large quantities of dye effluent treatment.
