摘要
在基于模块化设计的原则下,提出一种新型的电动汽车(electric vehicles,EV)快速充电系统。该系统能够根据不同数量以及种类的电动汽车的充电需求来分配每个充电枪(charging terminal,CT)的功率。新型充电系统的功率分配功能将由功率切换单元(power switching unit,PSU)来完成,该单元由功率开关组成,具有更好的稳定性。此外,在基于CAN总线通信的基础上提出一种新的输入并联,输出串/并联控制方法,使系统的抗干扰性和可靠性都得到了改善。最后,搭建了实验平台,结果显示,该控制方法具有良好的均流和均压效果。
According to the principle of modular design,this paper proposes a new type of fast charging system for electric vehicle( EV). The system is capable of distributing the power of each charging terminal( CT) according to the number of electric vehicles and the charging requirements of different types of electric vehicles. The power distribution function of the new system will be accomplished by the power switching unit( PSU),which is composed of power switches for better stability. In addition,on the basis of CAN communication,this paper proposes a new control method with parallel input and serial or parallel output,which improves the anti-interference and reliability of the system. Finally,an experimental platform is built,and it was verified that the control method has good current sharing and voltage equalization effects.
