摘要
受新疆地区自然和人文条件的限制,时间与空间上的资料匮乏一直是项目设计洪水计算的难点。为解决新疆设计洪水计算无资料的限制,本文对新疆地区水文一致区、基于数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM)提取流域特征参数进行了研究,并采用分区经验公式与调蓄经验单位线两种方法以计算出不同频率的设计洪水,并依托编制的自动化计算软件可以便捷地完成流域参数特征提取及计算研究区域的设计洪水,提高计算效率与精度。
Restricted by xinjiang natural and cultural conditions, lack of information on the time and space is the difficulties for design flood calculation on the project.To solve the problem of limits of design flood calculation without data in Xinjiang. In this article Hydrological consistency partition of xinjiang region and characteristic parameters based on DEM extraction basin have been studied, according to two methods of artition experience formula and Storage unit line experience to calculate the design flood of different frequency. The automatic flood computing is implied by compiling program,which reduces workloads of computing, and thus improves the speed and accuracy of design flood calculation.
