摘要 由于山区地形多变,风速的变化特性非常复杂,如何合理可靠地分析确定山地电力工程设计风速,一直是电力工程气象勘测的重大难题。针对该问题,尝试利用山地区域国家常规气象站观测资料、近年来发展起来的加密自动气象站观测资料和高分辨率的天气研究和预报(WRF)数值模式模拟同化资料,在地形非常复杂的四川省西南部进行山地与平坝风速关系研究,建立山地典型地形与平坝风速的数学统计关系,对合理确定山区电力工程的设计风速具有一定参考价值。 The variation of wind is quite complicated due to the influence of terrain in mountain area. It had long been a major problem to determine the design wind speed of electric power project in mountain area. In view of this, the relationship of wind speed between mountain area and plain was studied so as to develop a statistic model for calculating the wind speed in mountain area with relatively higher accuracy, based on the measured data from climate stations and reanalysis data by WRF, which will provide some reference for the design of electric power project in mountain area.
