海上风电场风能资源观测和评估关键技术研究

摘要 风能资源条件优劣是影响海上风力发电场经济性好坏的关键因素之一,风能资源的观测和评估是评判场址风能资源优劣乃至风电场是否具有开发价值的基础。本文基于桂山海上风电场实施过程中遇到的问题,简单探讨海上风电场测风塔结构形式、设备选择、塔影效应、水平年订正、空间模拟、等对风能资源观测和评估精度的影响。 Quantity and quality of wind energy is one of the key factors to affect the financial evaluation of the offshore wind farmer, which is based on the observation and evaluation of wind energy. On the basis of the difficulties found during Guishan Offshore Wind Farmer Project, some key problems influencing wind energy evaluation as, wind tower structure, instruments, tower distortion, representative year correction, wind movement simulation, and etc. are studied and discussed preliminarily.
