摘要
随着我国电力行业走出去战略的逐步实施,由于参考标准等因素的影响,与国际咨询公司等的矛盾也逐渐显现;其中水文专业关系最为密切也最为突出的是输电线路塔位处一般冲刷计算方法的分歧,为了更好的选取计算方法和提出更切合当地实际情况的冲刷深度计算结果,本文对国外标准中较为常用的几种冲刷深度计算过方法进行了分析和比较,以期为国外相关项目的顺利进行提供一定的帮助。
With gradual implementation of going out strategy of power industry, technology conficts between domestic electric power design institute and international consulting firms occurred from now and then. One of the most prominent conflicts is the method for calculation of scour depth for transmission line tower. So as to chose the appropratie method and get results that are suitable to the actual situation of the local scour, several kinds of scour depth calculation method are used in this paper, hoping the analysis and comparison of this paper can do some help to the smooth progress of foreign projects.
