摘要
介绍了利用三维激光扫描仪进行电厂烟囱变形监测的数据采集过程,并分析其存在的误差因素,提出最小二乘提取特征圆面的方法。该方法通过计算不同位置特征圆与基准圆的坐标偏移量,整体评价烟囱的倾斜变形,避免了单点定位精度的不足。两期试验表明,该方法结果可靠,达到了传统变形监测的精度,具有工程实用价值。
This paper introduces the data acquisition process of deformation monitoring of power plant chimney by using 3 D laser scanner, and analyzes the error factors. The method of extraction of the characteristic circular surface by least square method is proposed. This method evaluates the inclination and deformation of the chimney by calculating the coordinate offset of the circle and the reference circle of different positions, which avoids the deficiency of single point positioning. The two experiments show that the method is reliable and achieves the accuracy of traditional deformation monitoring, and has practical value.
