This paper mainly introduces the CPECC research project, Research on Digital Close-range Photogrammetry in Application of Three-dimensional Scene Reconstruction and Deformation Monitoring in Local Area. The corresponding backgrounds, research objectives, contents and engineering experiments are first presented. Then the key technologies and work flow are extracted, and the contributions and innovation are summarized in the end.
