摘要
在火力发电厂的设计中,针对湿冷机组,不同规范对冷端优化所选工况有不同规定,由此给设计工作带来一定困扰。本文首先论述了汽轮机各工况的含义和目的,进而分别采用THA工况和TMCR工况对某1000MW级机组进行了冷端优化和对比分析。结果表明,两种工况优化所得最优冷端配置差异较小,但对背压定义影响较大。在目前国内机组铭牌定义体系及电网调度方式下,THA工况可更好地体现机组全年的运行特性;因此采用THA工况进行冷端优化更为合理。为保持国内机组设计背压定义的一致性,有必要将冷端优化工况进行统一、明确。
The option of Working Condition used in Turbine Cold-end Optimization is different in some National Standard and Code. This Paper discusses the definition of the main working condition, and results the Cold-end Optimization base on the THA and TMCR working condition in a 1000 MW power plant. The results of cold end configuration are similar, but the backpressures are different. And the THA working condition is a more appropriate choice in the Turbine Cold-end Optimization.
