摘要
火力发电厂主厂房侧煤仓中的钢煤斗受侧煤仓空间条件的约束,一般采用矩形结构来解决厂房空间与煤斗容量的矛盾。由于皮带层落煤口与运转层给煤机布置的多样性,因此,煤斗一般较为复杂。不同的支座约束条件对应的支座反力差别较大,文章采用有限元方式对不同约束条件下的钢柱受力进行分析,得出了受力较为合理的支承组合,提出了适用于工程的节点做法。
Due to the space constraints,steel coal scuttles in side bunker of main power house in coal-fired power plant generally use rectangular structure to solve the contradiction between the main power house space and coal scuttle's capacity.Arrangements of coal export in the belt layer and coal feeder in the running layer are various,and therefore coal scuttles are complicated in general.Support reaction corresponding to different support constraints varies greatly.In this paper,the finite element method is used to analyze the stress of steel columns under different constraints.Thus a more reasonable support combination is obtained,and joint practice suitable for engineering is proposed.
