摘要
文章概述了采用相控阵超声技术检测小径管不锈钢对接接头的局限性,通过CIVA声场仿真实验,提出常规横波相控阵探头和双晶线阵相控阵探头的工艺方案,并进行对比试验分析,寻找小径管不锈钢对接接头相控阵超声检测工艺设计研究方向。
This paper outlines the current status of the small-diameter tube stainless steel butt joints by phased array ultrasonic technology.The Civa sound field simulation experiment is carried out to study the propagation characteristics of longitudinal and transverse waves in stainless steel welds,and through multiple sets of conventional transverse wave phased array probes and twin crystals.The line array phased array probe has a phased array detection process plan,and analyzes and summarizes the advantages of longitudinal wave detection of stainless steel welds for defect detection rate and quantitative.
