Study on Development Strategy of Geothermal Enterprise under New Situation

在介绍我国地热能资源状况的基础上,总结我国地热产业的发展情况,分析国家支持地热能开发的相关法规及政策,研判地热企业发展所面临的挑战,从而在分析企业外部环境和内部资源能力的基础上,系统研究确立了在国家绿色发展与生态文明建设新形势下地热企业的发展战略。研究表明,地热企业未来应该坚持"一体两翼"的发展战略,即以技术引领的地热工程为核心,以融入区域能源系统和经济社会资源整合能力为两翼,带动企业快速发展。

Basing on a brief introduction on the geothermal energy resources in China,this paper summarizes the development of geothermal industries,analyzes relevant state regulations and policies and studies challenges geothermal enterprises face.At present,China has been advocating the new situation of green development and ecological civilization construction.On the basis of analyzing the external situation and internal resources and capacity of geothermal enterprise,development strategy for geothermal enterprise under the new situation has been studied systematically and established.This study shows that geothermal enterprise can adhere to the development strategy of“one main body and two wings”.More specifically,geothermal enterprise can promote its rapid development by the core competence of high-tech oriented geothermal projects,and by the two wings of integrating into regional energy system and having the ability to integrate economic and social resources.
