Recommend a Formula Calculating Runoff from Rainfall

本文首先分析了中国东北地区东部湿润地区若干流域雨前出口断面时段平均流量与前期影响雨量之间关系，然后在一些假定的基础上推导出所建议的予报雨洪径流系数的计算公式，并以几个地区的资料进行了验证。

At first, this paper analyses the relation between the average discharge of watershed outlet prior to the rainfall(Q0) and the antecedent pricipitation index (PA) for a number of watersheds of the humid region in the east part of Northeast China. And then it had been supposed that Where ln(1-β) is a function of Q0/Qm and another variable i, βis runoff coefficient, i is rainfall intensity. Finally the calculation equation forecasting runoff from rainfall is derived as follows: Where, Qm, A, B are the parameters awaiting the determination by optimiza- tion.
