摘要
介绍了WFHX-62型辐射温度计系小目标温度测量仪表的基本原理。为了克服非线性,提高转换精度,仪表采用微机技术查表指令,根据电压信号查出相应的温度值,简化了编程,提高了微机执行速度。提供了硬件设计和软件设计框图。
The basic principle of the WFHX-62 type radiation thermometer for small objects is introduced. For overcoming the nonlinearity and enhancing the converting accuracy, the table lookup instructions based on microcomputer technology are used. By looking up associate tem- perature values through the table according to the voltage signals, the programming is simplified and the executing speed of the microcomputer is increased. Hardware design and software flowchart are given.
