感应电机变频调速系统的效率优化控制仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 效率优化控制是通过控制磁通使电机的损耗下降、效率和功率因数提高。损耗模型控制根据电机模型建立最优效率控制规律,通过控制器体现这些控制规律达到节能控制的目的。采用直接转矩控制方式,该控制方式具有控制思想新颖、控制结构简单、转矩动态响应性能优良的特点。研究感应电机变频调速系统的效率优化方法具有重要意义,并通过仿真验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。 Efficiency optimization control is a method which reduces the motor loss and improves the efficiency and power factor by controlling the magnetic flux. The loss model control establishes the optimal control laws based on the motor model which are realized by the controller to achieve the purpose of energy saving. This paper adopts the method of direct torque control,which is novel in concept,simple in controlling,and good in performance. The study of the efficiency optimization method for the induction motor based on variable frequency speed adjustment system is of great significance,and the feasibility and validity of the proposed method is verified by simulation.
