摘要
循环水泵前池液位的变化,对机组冷端参数和经济性有显著影响。通过对汽轮机冷端系统特性的分析,建立了考虑前池液位变化的机组特性参数计算模型。该模型可以较为准确地计算出前池液位下降造成的经济损失。并以某电厂为例,定量地计算了前池液位降低对机组经济性产生的影响。所创建的计算分析方法,在同类型机组故障分析和循环水系统设计选型方面,具有一定的参考价值。
The change of the water level of the circulating pump forebay has a significant effect on the cold end parameters,and it also has great impact on the economy of unit. By analysing the characteristics of the unit cold end system,the calculation model for characteristic parameters of the unit considering the forebay water level influence is established. Hence the economic loss caused by the drop of the water level can be accurately calculated. Taking a power plant as an example,the influence of the forebay water level drop on the unit economy is calculated quantitatively. The calculation and analysis method has a certain reference value for the fault analysis of the same type unit and the design and selection of circulating water system as well.
