摘要
探讨了增塑剂(DOTP)及液体丁腈橡胶(NBR)质量分数对聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜材料的拉伸性能、微观结构及热稳定性的影响,确定了PVC/DOTP/NBR材料各物质的质量配比。当DOTP质量分数为41%时,PVC薄膜材料的性能较好,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为15.7 MPa和411.4%;微观结构显示,PVC与DOTP形成的网络结构更加规整,并出现了致密的细纹。热重分析结果表明,与DOTP质量分数为37%时相比,DOTP质量分数为41%时对薄膜材料热稳定性的影响较小。当NBR质量分数为0.7%时,PVC/DOTP/NBR的拉伸强度为15.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为459.1%,比PVC/DOTP体系分别增加了1.3%和11.6%。与PVC/DOTP体系相比,PVC/DOTP/NBR体系中PVC与DOTP形成的网络结构更加粗壮,节点变大;但热稳定性较差。在最佳质量配比条件下制得的PVC/DOTP/NBR材料,比同类产品具有更好的性能。
The effects of plasticizer(DOTP) and liquid nitrile rubber(NBR) contents on the tensile properties, micro-structure and thermal stability of PVC/DOTP/NBR soft film were determined. The performance of PVC thin film materials was better when the DOTP content was 41%, with tensile strength and fracture elongation of 15.7 MPa and 411.4%, respectively;the network structure formed by PVC and DOTP was more regular, with dense fine lines. The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the thermal stability of the film is less affected when the DOTP content is 41%, compared with the DOTP content of 37%. When the NBR content was 0.7%, the tensile strength of PVC/DOTP/NBR was 15.9 MPa and the elongation at break was 459.1%, which were 1.3% and 11.6% higher than those of PVC/DOTP system, respectively. The network structure formed by PVC and DOTP in PVC/DOTP/NBR system is stronger and the nodes are larger, but the thermal stability of PVC/DOTP/NBR system is poorer, compared with the PVC/DOTP system. PVC/DOTP/NBR materials prepared under the optimum quality ratio has better performance than others.
