减振轨道结构钢轨波磨特征现场调查与分析 被引量:2

摘要 调查并分析了某地铁线路科隆蛋减振轨道钢轨波磨特征.该轨道结构直线段和曲线段大范围出现钢轨波磨.现场调查和大量测试结果显示,相近速度下,该轨道形式上所形成的波磨特征基本一致.波磨主波长为40~50 mm,次波长约为20 mm和200 mm.硬度测量选取了明显发生波磨的直线段钢轨和曲线段钢轨.测量结果显示发生波磨钢轨的硬度大于钢轨基体硬度.直线和曲线段上,波谷硬度均大于波峰硬度.经车轮碾压,钢轨表面发生硬化,曲线外轨硬度远大于曲线内轨和直线钢轨. An investigation and extensive filed measurements of rail corrugation were conducted on the track with Cologne fastenings in a metro line. Rail corrugation prevails in straight line and curves on this track.Field investigations and a large number of test results show that the characteristics of corrugation at different location are basically consistent at similar speed. The dominant wavelength of the corrugation is about 40- 50 mm,and the sub wavelengths are 20 mm and 200 mm. Hardness measurements were performed at straight line and curves with obvious corrugation. The corrugated rail is harder than the rail base. The hardness of the valleys is higher than that of the peaks. The hardness of high rail in curves is much greater than that of low rail and rails in straight line due to work hardening.
