摘要 为研究列车吸能系统空行程对列车碰撞吸能的影响,以某地铁车辆为研究背景,分别采用一维能量分配方法及三维整车碰撞模拟仿真方法,建立碰撞有限元模型,进行一辆地铁列车以25 km/h小时速度撞击相同静止列车的分析计算,研究吸能系统空行程对整车碰撞吸能的影响.结果表明,吸能系统空行程越大,列车对车辆前端主吸能单元吸能能力要求越高,对头车二位端中间吸能单元吸能能力要求越低. In order to study the influence of collision energy absorption in no-acted stroke of train crash energy absorption system, a subway vehicle is taken as the research object, and one-dimensional energy distribution method and three-dimensional whole vehicle collision simulation method are adopted to establish collision FEA model. Based on the analysis and calculation of a train at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour impacting on a stationary train, the influence of no-acted stroke on collision energy absorption of the train is studied. The results show that when the no-acted stroke is bigger, the requirement of the train for the energy absorption capacity is higher in main energy absorbing unit at the front end of the vehicle. The energy absorption capacity requirement of the intermediate energy absorbing unit is lower at the No.2 ends of the first vehicle.
