摘要
为快速确定列车车体在门角、窗角等关键区域合理网格尺寸,获取合理应力场分布,结合ANSYS子模型分析技术与APDL二次开发语言技术,提出了一种自动化的网格收敛尺寸快速分析方法.该方法可对列车车体模型在门角、窗角等关键区域进行自动化子模型创建、网格重划分、求解与后处理结果提取.最终达到快速确定列车车体模型关键区域网格收敛性尺寸的目的.分析结果表明,在1#门角网格尺寸减小到10.6 mm时,车体门角的数值计算应力误差小于5%.该方法为列车车体有限元模型在应力集中区域的网格收敛性判别及网格尺寸确定提供了一个高效的途径.
An automated method based on both ANSYS Submodeling and ANSYS APDL was proposed to determinate the convergent grid size of the high stress concentration fields, such as the corner of doors or windows of the carbody. This automated method can finally figure out the reasonable grid size by repeatedly do several procedures which include submodel creating, mesh refinement, job submit solving and post processing. Finally, the simulation result indicates that, the numeric error will goes within 5% when grid size is reduced to 10.6 mm. This method also shows an efficient way to grid convergence evaluation of corner of doors or windows of the carbody.
