摘要
在轨道客车整车车体静强度试验测试前,需要首先保证整个试验测试系统的准确性.通过使用两种不同目标质量和悬臂长度的样件,进行两种试验方案的弯曲试验及分析计算,将实测应变与理论计算和有限元计算得到的应变预测值分别进行比较,并通过定义局部坐标系对不同方向应变片进行计算分析,最终通过分析与试验对比的结果,对不同方向应变片的测量进行校核及确认,具有较强的实用性及理论依据.
Aiming at the accuracy of vehicle static strength test of passenger car, two different masses and cantilever length samples are used, and bending test and analytical calculation of the two test schemes are conducted. The measured strains are compared with the theoretical calculations and the finite element calculated strain prediction values respectively, and the strain gauges in different directions are calculated and analyzed by defining the local system. Finally, the results of analysis and test comparison are used to check and confirm the measurement of strain gauges in different directions, which has strong practicability and theoretical basis.
