Review and Prospect of the China's Study of Public International Law Science in"Tenth-five Years"Term

"十五"期间,中国国际法学界在国际法基本理论、国际组织法等领域取得了丰硕的成果;中国学者在研究方法方面也有所创新和突破,并注重运用国际法原理分析国际关系中的热点问题。然而。中国国际法学的研究,理论与实践脱节的现象比较明显。"十一五"期间,中国国际法学的研究领域将进一步拓展,与中国外交实践的结合更加紧密;可作为中国国际法学界研究的重要课题有中国和平发展的国际法问题以及冷战结束以来国际法发展的新动向等。

In'Tenth-five Years'Term,China's Circle of Public International Law Science made great progress in the aspects of basic theory of international law and interna- tional organization law etc..Chinese scholars also brought forth new ideas in the study methods,and analyzed focus issues about international relation by international law princi- ples.However,the phenomenon that theory divorce from practice is very clear in study of the China's Science of Public International Law.In'Eleventh-five Years'Term,studied fields by the China's Science of Public International Law will be enlarged.Study of the China' s Science of Public International Law will integrate more closely with China's dip- lomatic practices,The main projects that should be studied by China's Circle of Public International Law include problems of international law relating to China's Peaceful Devel- opment,and new trend of development in international law since the end of Cold War, etc..
