The Reconstruction of the System of International Law Science

本文主要研究了重建现代国际法学科体系的基本问题。文章首先界定了学科体系的重要作用,并指出传统国际法学科的"和平法"和"战争法"两分体系已经不再适应现代国际法的发展和国际实践的需要。其次,文章提出现代国际法应构建以"和平法"和"发展法"为主要内容的新体系,并对和平法和发展法的主要内容进行了介绍。最后,文章归纳了进行国际法学研究的几种重要研究方法。

At the outset,the article confirms the important role of system of certain subject, and points out that the traditional system of international public law has not been suitable for modern international legal practices. Next, the article proposes that the system of international public law should be consisted of two major pillars,'law of peace'and'law of development'.Finally,the article concludes the research methods of international public law.
