The author's main viewpoint in this article is that the regional economic integration has impacted on the international law. Why does it signify international law? The author argues that the regional economic integration has developed the more range and more in depth than the global economic integration. That has found on in its clearest expression in economic integration: for example, the regional economic integration has been a boom growth in recent year,and its well organized, legality and rule of law. So it contains much more the elements of hard law and impact on the international law and its member states' system.
