我国区际法律文化交流的回顾与展望

Inter-Regional Communication of Legal Culture in China:Retrospect and Prospect

本文从对法律文化概念的界定入手,分析了改革开放以来我国区际法律文化交流的基本情况,在肯定交流成果的基础上,总结出目前交流的重点,指出目前存在交流内容重点过于集中,涉及面不够广;实务交流和一般文化交流较少;法律文化同一化趋势等不足,最后提出相关建议,即在今后的区际法律文化交流中应该加强基本理论的交流,扩大交流内容和交流人群范围,加强实务领域的交流。

This article starts with a study of the concept of legal culture,analyzing the content of inter-regional communication of legal culture in China since the Reform and Opening Up.After praising the good results,it points out the key problems in the communication,and suggests that there are still some shortcomings,such as too many emphases on several topics,insufficient communication of practial experience,and more and more similarities among regions.At last,it suggests that we should increase communication regarding basic theory and practical experience,and broaden the content and scope of participants to communication.
