改革开放以来,中国国际私法学走过了一个快速的发展之路。在教材和教学参考资料的出版、外国著作的翻译、科研成果的发表、学科建设和参与国际交流等方面,都取得了丰硕的成果。一些学术热点问题的研究在一定程度上解决了中国国际私法立法、司法和学科体系建设方面的难题,并形成了以韩德培教授"一体两翼"理论等为代表的一些学说。尽管我国的国际私法学还存在很多缺陷和问题,但展望未来,中国国际私法学者应该有能力也应该有使命去创建具有中国特色、中国气派和中国元素的国际私法理论体系。

Since the Reform and Opening up,Chinese scholarship on Private International Law has gone through a rapid development.Many achievements have been made with respect to the publication of teaching materials,translated foreign scholarly works and research results,as well as the construction of the discipline and international cooperation.The research on a number of heated issues has to some extent helped to solve the problems concerning legislation and judicial practice in Private International Law. Some leading theories were also formed during the past thirty years,such as the theory of'One Body with Two Wings'advanced by Professor Han Depei.Although difficulties and problems remain in the study of Private International Law in China,in the long term Chinese scholars shall be able to advance a set of Private International Law theories with Chinese characteristics.
