摘要 随着青藏直流工程的建设和投产,西藏缺电问题基本解决,但鉴于西藏电网大机小网的特殊性,对于安全稳定控制策略,需要实施准确、精确的协调控制。文中通过对青藏直流稳控与极控系统间的接口以及相关策略的配合进行了分析和研究,实现了稳控与直流极控系统的光纤通信,提出了稳控与直流极控系统的准确和精确控制方法,总结了弱电网直流互联系统中稳控与直流极控系统之间的系统控制技术。 With the construction and operation of Qinghai-Tibet direct current(DC)power system,the power shortage problem of Tibet is basically solved.But in view of the particularity of the weak framework,the security and stability control strategy needs precise coordinated control.Through analysis and research on the interface and strategy between the stability control system and DC pole control system,fiber-optic communication between them is realized for the first time.An accurate and precise control method for the stability control system and pole control system is presented.The system control technology between the stability control and DC pole control systems of the weak DC interconnection power system is summed up at the same time.
