摘要
为解决大规模风电并网引发的电力电量平衡难题,提出了一种适应大规模风电接入的发电出力计划两阶段优化方法。阶段1考虑电力可调空间与电量完成进度,在不严格保证电力平衡的条件下实现期望计划的有效编制;阶段2则充分考虑各种电网运行约束,在风电优先接纳的前提下,优化发电计划贴近于期望计划。通过统筹常规电源出力和风电出力的两阶段安全均衡调度,获得具有较高可执行性的发电计划结果。实际系统算例分析验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
Large-scale wind power integration has posed a great challenge for generation scheduling.A two-stage method for generation scheduling optimization with large-scale wind power integration is proposed.The minimum bias based security constrained economical dispatch model is used in this method.In stage one,the desired generation scheduling is obtained whose power balance constraint is not strictly guaranteed;in stage two,generation scheduling is optimized to close to the desired generation scheduling with various constraints fully considered.The executable generation scheduling is finally obtained by the two-stage dispatching.Analysis of actual system examples shows the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
