摘要
给出了最优馈线联络建设次序的定义,建立了最优馈线联络建设次序的数学模型,并结合实际情况进行化简,给出基于加权联络均衡度的最优联络位置和最优联络规模的确定方法,并基于此提出了一种实用的最优馈线联络建设次序的求解方法。实际算例验证了该规划方法,与后退寻优法的结果对比显示了该方法的优越性,为优化配电网结构发挥最大供电能力提供了新的方法。
This paper presents a method of optimizing distribution networks based on the total supply capability (TSC). Firstly,this paper defines the optimal construction order of feeder links. Secondly, a mathematical model of optimal construction order of feeder links is proposed which is simplified depending on actual circumstances.Finally,based on the balance degree,the optimal position of feeder links and the method of calculating the optimal scale of feeder links are given. The process of optimal construction orders is summarized.The advantages of the method proposed are verified by test on an actual system.
