摘要
对并网分布式电源与储能系统的主动管理能降低主动配电网负荷及间歇式能源的波动。文中将含有分布式电源、储能系统及负荷的主动配电网局部自治区域作为整体,考虑分布式电源与储能系统功率约束及电网约束,提出了局部自治区域供蓄能力指标,量化描述局部自治区域消耗储存与提供电能的能力。将配电线路作为整体,提出了主动配电网线路的供蓄能力指标,量化描述互联线路间可传递的最大功率;进而提出了供蓄能力指标算法及基于供蓄能力指标的主动配电网运行优化模型,并在优化模型中考虑了配电网供电安全性约束。通过算例分析验证了局部自治区域及线路的供蓄能力指标的有效性及其对运行优化效率的改善作用。
Active management of grid-connected distributed generators (DG) and energy storage system (ESS) can be used to suppress the load fluctuation of active distribution network(ADN)and the intermittency of renewable energy.A power supply and storage capacity(PSSC)index of local autonomy area is proposed to quantitatively measure the capacity of energy storage to supply electric power.The local autonomy area with DG/ESS and loads is analyzed as a whole considering network restrictions and specification constraints of DG/ESS.PSSC index of an ADN feeder is also proposed to quantify the maximum power exchanged between ADN feeders.The algorithm of PSSC and the operation optimization model of ADN based on PSSC is then put forward.The security constraints of power supply in the distribution network is also considered in this model.The efficiency of the PSSC index of local autonomy areas and feeders as well as the improvement of operation efficient is analyzed through case studies.
