摘要
为解决新能源发电过程中功率动态平衡困难、系统投资成本高昂两大突出问题,结合国内某风储系统示范项目,提出基于商业型虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)的储能系统运行方式。在建立VPP经济收益的目标函数以及风力发电厂和电池储能系统的收益、成本等数学模型的基础上,建立了可提供调峰和调频服务的VPP经济优化调度模型。以各时段内获得收益最大为目标,采用模拟退火算法计算得到风力发电厂和电池储能系统的出力。参考中国典型地区电价和已经投运的典型电池储能系统的成本为数据,构造算例进行分析。算例分析表明采用VPP运行方式可获得更大的收益。
In order to solve the two major problems in the new energy power generation process,namely,the difficultly in dynamic energy balance and high system operation costs,an operation mode of energy storage system based on the commercial virtual power plant(VPP) is put forward by referring to a demonstration project with wind power plants and energy storage systems.On the basis of the adoption of the objective function of VPP economic benefits and that of the benefits and costs of wind power plant and battery energy storage systems,an economical dispatching model for VPP able to provide services to peak load shifting and frequency control,is developed.With the goal of maximizing the profits in each period,the output power of wind power plants and battery energy storage systems is obtained by the simulated annealing algorithm.By referring to the data of electricity price of typical areas in China and the cost of typical battery energy storage system in operation,an example is presented to show that the adoption of the VPP operation mode proposed is able to yield greater benefits.
