摘要
溪洛渡右岸电站送电广东±500kV同塔双回直流输电工程是世界上第一个双回直流共用换流站的直流输电工程。区别于其他类型的直流工程,该直流系统的运行既要适应单回独立运行方式,又要适应双回协调运行方式。文中分析了该类双回直流工程控制系统的分层结构,并针对其特有的双回控制层的特点,对双回功率控制功能进行了深入的研究。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了仿真模型,对3种典型运行控制模式进行了仿真分析。仿真结果验证了同塔双回输电系统协调控制的可行性和有效性。
Xiluodu Right Bank Power Station-Guangdong ±500 kV double-circuit high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission project sharing the same tower is the world's first ever with the same converter station,which works both ways to adapt to operating independently,but also to adapt to the coordinated operation mode.Firstly,a hierarchical structure of the double-circuit HVDC control system is presented.Then according to the characteristics of the double-circuit control layer,a detailed research on the double-circuit HVDC power control function is put forward.A simulation model in PSCAD/EMTDC is built for this system for analysis of three typical operation modes.The feasibility and effectiveness of the coordinated control strategy is verified by the simulation results.
