摘要
针对目前PSD-BPA设备参数在省地调度中以文本形式交互存在的数据传输量大、校核机制缺乏、管理权限控制困难、参数转换工作繁琐等弊端,提出了省地一体化的电力系统设备参数管理策略。该策略在数据解析并保存数据库的基础上,建立了基于享元模式思想、预定义和自定义公式、典型参数以及实测参数校核的一整套参数校核机制,详细记录维护日志,严格控制审核审批流程,建模实现各类参数之间的转换,并按调度机构划分管理权限,构建统一管理平台实现了省地一体化设备参数的精细化和智能化管理。在云南电网及其所辖的17个地州调度参数交互管理工作中,该平台应用效果良好,大幅提高了工作效率。
In view of the disadvantages of PSD-BPA software in text interaction between provincial and regional dispatching, such as large amount of data transmission,lack of checking mechanism,difficulty in authority management,complexity in parameter conversion, this paper proposes a management strategy for the integrated provincial and regional equipment parameters of power systems.According to an analysis of data which will be stored in a database,a complete parameter checking mechanism based on the flyweight pattern,pre-defined and self-defined formulas,typical parameters,and actual measured parameters is developed.Furthermore,depending on detailed recorded logs,strictly controlled verification and approval process,conversion between various types of parameters throughout modeling,and assigning management authority according to dispatching institutions, a unified management platform is developed for achieving refined and intelligent management of integrated provincial and regional equipment parameters.Actual application in Yunnan power grid and its 1 7 regional dispatching departments shows that the proposed method and platform are practical while able to greatly improve work efficiency.
