摘要
小电流接地系统的铁磁谐振事故在调度端的典型特征为中性点零序电压(3U0)越限报警信号的"动作/复归"多次成对出现;母线电压中有两相呈现为0或1.2倍线电压(遥测满码溢出);故障母线上的所有保护装置告警信号的"动作/复归"多次成对出现;相邻母线伴随出现耦合谐振、消弧线圈的频繁动作信号。这些特征综合起来使铁磁谐振明显有别于单相接地、单相断线故障,有利于谐振事故的快速处理。
The typical characteristics of ferroresonance accident happening in a network grounded with arc extinguishing coil are manifested in multiple times by 3U0 off-limit alarm,with two of the three-phase voltage and its historical curve,protection alarm,arc extinguishing alarm information appearing in pairs in the dispatching automation interface.They can be used as the ferroresonance comprehensive criterion,while ferroresonance recognition time is no longer than 10 minutes by the standard identifying process.
