摘要 为了降低磁控电抗器(MCR)补偿无功功率时工作电流中的谐波含量,提出了一种新的抑制MCR谐波的方法。该方法利用MCR特有的工作方式,在其低压直流控制绕组中加入谐波电压,让其产生的特定次谐波磁通抵消铁芯中由于MCR铁芯饱和后磁化曲线非线性的影响,从而使各分支工作绕组中生成的电流中不含有该次谐波电流,这样便可有效抑制总工作电流中的谐波生成,使总工作电流谐波含量极小。同时本设计将MCR控制绕组中直流控制电压的调节与谐波电压的生成控制结合在一起,从而实现了一个直流控制电源双重功效的作用。使其在直流控制交流及谐波抑制两个方面具有低压控制高压、小容量控制大容量的优点。通过理论分析及实验仿真,证明了所述方法的可行性及有效性。 In order to reduce the harmonic content of working current when the magnetically controlled reactor (MCR) compensates for reactive power,a new method of suppressing the harmonic wave of MCR is proposed.The method utilizes the peculiar working mode of MCR by adding harmonic voltage to the low voltage DC control winding to generate specific harmonic flux to offset the nonlinear effects of magnetization curve due to the core of MCR becoming saturated after normal work.Thus the current generated in each branch of the working winding will not contain the corresponding harmonic current and is able to effectively suppress the harmonic generation of the total current till the harmonic content in the total working current is extremely low.At the same time,this design combines the DC control voltage regulation of the MCR control winding and harmonic voltage generation control,achieving a DC control power supply with dual effect.So it has the advantage of low voltage controlling high voltage, small capacity controlling large capacity in terms of DC controlling AC and harmonic suppression.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method is proved by theoretical analysis and experimental simulation.
